The room was clean. The staff was awesome. The breakfast was nice and had plenty of variety except for the week in the roof which they can’t help. Something went wrong with another guest. But it was very inconvenient for me at 7:30 at night without help too have to change rooms. I’m exhausted. I didn’t go to sleep till 1 AM.

Just as I was going to bed around 7:30 Saturday night, a leak sprung in the bathroom ceiling. It was like a water hose. It wasn’t just a drip. It was a significant spray that went down into the shower and the ceiling was leaking profusely. I had to move everything in the room. It took me almost 2 hours. I’m exhausted. I normally go to bed at 8 o’clock and it was almost 1 AM before I finally got to sleep.

Two good points: the staff were polite and the bed was comfortable. But, there were so many things that could easily have been better. For example: Vinyl flooring in our room was not completely clean. Hairdryer didn’t work. TV remote didn’t work. It took 2 replacements to get a working one. Bathtub has lots of hair in it. Breakfasts buffet looked like every other hotel breakfast buffet but was very bland. Grounds around the area could have been cleaner. Priced inexpensively and now we know why.

Personally, I believe the staff here goes above and beyond what any other hotel I have ever stayed at. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they want a superior experience. Cleanliness, service, and amenities are flawless. I would also like to shout out the supervisor Harley she made sure everyone was taking care of and it’s very obvious. She takes her job very serious.

Was a good place to have a place to sleep. Was alerted 3 minutes after walking into the room for a noise complaint during the day around 4pm. The tub in the shower was peeling, rack for towels falling off, one lamp not working by the desk & heat not working while 30 degrees outside NYE. Overall I’m grateful to have a place to sleep but I will not book again.

The minute I walked into my room I noticed little things that were dirty. the floor, the bathroom had mold and refrigerator was disgusting. I decided since checking in at 1 am I would just leave it alone . Then I started to pull the bed sheets back and looked closer. Food smeared on the walls near the bed, headboard had something smeared on it and linens were stained. This place needs better house keepers! I felt so disgusted
