We stayed in Room 407. Not good: laminate wooden floor was in poor, shabby condition. This made an immediate bad impression. One gap between boards could possibly cause injury. Shabby floor repair, blob of glue "squeezout" was just left on floor, not cleaned up. Inside surface of of bathroom door had areas of paint flaking off. Reminiscent of cheapest class of motel. When we arrived, only two towels in bathroom, no washcloths. Went to front desk to request more. Otherwise, room was quiet, shower water was hot, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast and front desk staff were very friendly. I thought quality/choices of breakfast buffet was "overhyped" in online reviews (one reason we chose this motel) compared to other motel buffets. Please correct shabby conditions of laminate floor in this room. It caused immediate regret of choice we made to stay at this Comfort Inn. With thanks for your attention, Mike Nobel 207-838-5631

Check-In was quick and easy. The room was very clean. My only complaint and it's minor is the automated coffee machine in the lobby was not available all night. We checked out very early and couldn't get a cup of coffee before we left. It's a machine that only brews one cup at a time so it wasn't as if anyone would have to make it. We'll definitely stay here again.

It was just okay, borderline motel. The hotel has the potential to be great and better, it's outdated. The hotel needs upgrades, better lighting in the rooms, a modernized bathroom is needed, replace the tub with a modernized shower, better mattress, better and bigger pillows. I wouldn't stay there more than 3 days because it's dated. The staff was friendly though. There's a Walmart directly across the street so that was good.

The outside of the building was nice. When I arrived the person at the desk was friendly during check-in. One of her coworkers came around the counter talking on her cell phone while it was on speaker and sat down and continued talking. I thought that was very unprofessional. The bedsheet had a rip in it(in the area folded over and exposed), the tub paint had a huge chip in it and the original tub below was rusted, the bathroom needed to be painted, someone else’s hair was in the tub and on the floor. The room was also not properly vacuumed/swept/cleaned. The bed was very hard. And one of the pillows smelled so I took the pillowcase off and it was yellow. It should be thrown out. Absolutely not worth what I paid.

Poop stains in toilet upon arrival obviously not cleaned.... I was too tired upon arrival to bring to attention. Walls were stained/dirty in need of paint. Room was dusty. . Loose tiles in bathroom floor are a physical hazard and health hazard.

Staff “Iesha” requested I show “proof” of my child’s medical condition she then when on to compare “a minor child” to her grandfather. Iesha was unprofessional, and intrusive questioning and made us feel uncomfortable as Parent with a child covered under the ADA. Iesha asked more than 2 questions regarding our service animal.
