The room was nice. But the stay was terrible, we had to evacuate the hotel because there was a smoke alarm going off. This scared my family and my dog. We were so upset. Also we couldn’t get any sleep the noise we heard overtop of our room was so loud. The staff never asked to accommodate us for the uproot that happened during our visit. I will not go back to that hotel

The Staff was the ONLY good experience. Breakfast was mediocre. Indoor Pool was cold. Amenities were Bare minimal. Expedia really Let Us Down, their listings for the room was ALL lies!! The room had No Tub, No Full kitchen, No bottles of water, No sitting are, No desk & chair etc.

Excellent cheerfully decorated and well thought out hotel. Everything was near perfect. Only complaint was garbage in the hallways. Other than that it was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at and better than most of the big more expensive chains. Having pets enter through rear door was also nice.
