Whether you are interested in boating, hiking, fishing, rock climbing, or just relaxing, this centrally located property is perfect. The patio overlooks Brownstone Pond and always has a lovely breeze. We allow catch and release fishing in the pond (with barbless hooks). Walking distance to dining and coffee shops. Short drive to everything else. Has a backup generator so you don't have to worry about your vacation getting interrupted.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take trash to the dumpster. The code is #3686. Do not leave trash outside, it could attract wildlife and rodents.
Please put all towels in hamper. No need to strip bed linens, the cleaning crew will do that.
Please wash all dishes and return them to the cupboards.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
