Charming guest house in the heart of the Old Village in Historic Mount Pleasant. A short 2 miles away from the beautiful beaches of Sullivan's Island. We're 7 miles to King Street & downtown Charleston, and walking distance to restaurants, including Shem Creek. Our place is clean, newly built, comfortable and fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Access runs along the right side of the double garage and takes you to an open living space with a full kitchen, eat-at bar and living room.
We have a fenced in backyard to utilize for secure, safe parking and we are small pet friendly. The garage below is used by the owners during your stay.

*There's new home construction for a famous band member going on nearby, so bringing your boat might be a tight squeeze on our dead end street.

Perfect guest house and sweetest hosts!

We stayed in Lori and Brandon's guest house for a long weekend with our infant and dog. It was absolutely perfect--we didn't want to leave! Lori and Brandon were the best hosts and provided us with everything that we could possibly need from beach chairs and towels to coffee and cookies. The house was amazing, and we loved having a full kitchen, washer/dryer, fenced-in yard, and 2 bedrooms with the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on! The location is super convenient for accessing both the beaches as well as downtown Charleston. We can't wait to come back and stay with Lori and Brandon again! :)

Great relaxing spot in Old Village area!

We loved the apartment, it had everything we might need and it was clean and comfortable. Our hosts were lovely, and we will definitely stay with them again. Highly recommend!

True Southern hospitality

My little family was made to feel at home. So much so, we extended our trip for a few days! The property was comfortable and well-appointed and close to many venues we wanted to visit in the area. Would highly recommend a stay with these hosts!
