The staff were welcoming, super accommodating and on top of everything. The room included breakfast which was delivered on time. The location was beautiful and each room was unique. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay there again.

New favorite place to stay

This place was amazing! Probably our new favorite place to stay. So many places lack hospitality in a way that the staff here provide. The bed was so comfortable, the tub was very relaxing, secluded location, and breakfast brought to your room. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic place! Very peaceful and quiet. Comfortable home like rooms. The only thing was our next-door. Neighbors ended up being a couple with three young kids, including a newborn. They screamed and yelled and banged on the walls until after dinner time then finally quieted down. So although it says the place discouraged his children, they do allow them cross your fingers. You don’t have any next-door.

Great quiet base for exploring the Shasta area. The breakfast was varied each day and delicious every day. Staff was very polite and helpful. I would suggest this property for anyone staying in the area.

Very peaceful setting and very clean. It's convenient as it's close to the freeway - but not so close that you hear the freeway. We found it to be very quiet at night. We slept with the windows open and didn't hear any traffic all night - just the crickets and birds in the morning. There is no restaurant on site but there is a great patio area to eat any meals - or we found a bar that has pretty good food - and they smoke their own pork and tri tips! It is about 10 min north of the hotel.
