5 stars all around. We drove from Michigan to Kentucky for a wedding. The Ramada was the perfect stay for what we needed. A clean bed, hot shower, and breakfast. The pool and hot tub was a bonus. The staff was all friendly not one bad interaction with anyone. The breakfast choices were great, all though I do wish there was a waffle maker but the B&G were awesome. 10/10 would come back and stay again. Thanks Ramada!

The room linens were clean. Lacey at the front desk was very helpful. My complaint comes on the next morning at the breakfast area. There was very little out when we arrived at 8:30 a.m. No bread for toast. I ate a small muffin which was not very good. The lady attendant seemed irritated to be there. Then the day manager came in & grabbed some food along with the attendant & left the room & went to eat in the lobby. The eggs I heard were very bad & the little strips of bacon were chewy.

You 'get what you pay for' is a tried and true statement, but, in this case we got ALOT more than expected for our money here. The rooms were clean and complete with a fridge, separate sink, good AC/ heat, good work station and separate dining table. However, the real 'secret sauce' at this Ramada is the staff. They are competent, attentive and very happy to help. I didn't expect a 5 star hotel and I didn't get it... but I left happy, smiling and with money left in my pocket... I certainly would come back

Very limited breakfast options. Staff basically nonexistent. Was forced into dealing with the wrong room than was reserved. Had to pay for an extra rollaway bed due to room not being the correct one. Couldn’t stand to use pool&hot tub due to such an intense chemical smell. Pool water also looked gross from overuse of chemicals. Asked for extra blanket for the person who was having to use the rollaway bed and was told no due to a shortage of linens. Had to use half of the sheets on the ONLY bed in the room just so we could all have some cover for the night. Ended up having to go to Walmart and buy a blanket just to make it tolerable for the whole weekend. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
