The shower had black mould. There were no hangers to hang clothes on. There was no safe. Sometimes the towels had stains. The breakfast was limited to eggs, sausages, OJ and coffee/tea every day. The eggs were always cold. They loaded the linen daily through the reception parst the eating area. Nothing about this hotel indicates they think about the customer experience.

Hotel neuf ,standard .mais ce qui est à déplorer c'est que l'accueil est très moyen.pas d'anglais parlé pas de plan de la ville pas de service .le petit déjeuner est pauvre.le plus :pas loin de la gare routière et du petit centre ville.Si vous voulez des renseignements aller au Point i de loei et là le staff est très efficace.l'hôtel ne sait meme pas où se trouve ce Point i
