This hotel is very disappointing. A lovely reception area but that’s about it. Rooms very dated and while clean they offer nothing else. Dated, basic, old soft mattresses. I tired product. Then what ever you do don’t eat in the hotel the restaurants are definitely the most disappointing soleless white areas where the food is bang average. By far the worst “5*” hotel I’ve stayed in Mumbai.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was healthy and had a good variety of options. The workspaces were quiet and convenient for business use. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. What do i say about this Hotel everything was 5* my holiday was made extra special by the staff at this hotel. Everything was amazing from food to cleanliness. My room was amazing! Poor upkeep. The bathroom shower was clogged. We requested the front desk to fix it and were assured that it was. But disappointingly nothing was changed or fixed.

Rooms are decent and provide most things you could need for a visit to Mumbai. Only issues I had was that the tv didn’t work very well and there seemed to be a light coming from the air conditioning unit which I couldn’t find a way to turn off. Room 607 faces a staff only double door which they frequently go in & out of and sadly it slams all throughout the night. One of the evenings there was an event which made the room shake with the vibrations from the music - bring ear plugs! Surprisingly though I had a side airport runway view 👍 Breakfast was a mess, staff & customers were regularly bump into each other due to such a small space for nearly 700 rooms that all seem to include brekkie. I tried several local options but they weren’t to my taste so all I ended up with was toast and tea. Bit of a waste really. Location is fine for the airport, to get to the city it takes almost 1 hour, mostly due to traffic but Uber’s are a plenty.
