Nice hotel, terrible staff and service. I checked in and asked if they were able to offee complimentary breakfast for one night. The staffs tone in his response was rude. I booked a delux pool view room. He "upgraded" the room however the room was on 1st floor with no natral light and no pool view. I booked a cab to airport for my airport transfer for 4:30am. Staff didn't call me i slept through my alarm and almost missed my fligjt.
