The experience was okay. I had an issue with the lift on the day of checkout at 6am in morning and none of the staff was available to quickly help. Additionally the intercom in lobby was not operational. The hotel says Airport Shuttle 24*7, but doesn’t say it is charged extra and that too about £16 /INR 1600 plus tax while Uber to the Airport is £2 /INR 200-240 all inclusive. So that too me is a clear cheat by saying 24*7 Airport Shuttle.
I didn’t get a room on time and had to wait for almost 1 hour to be given a room. That’s the only negative thing.
The room was great and the service excellent. Bishnu helped me with my luggage, did so with a smile. Thank you Bishnu. Hitesh who helped me the last time I stayed at this property in February also helped me once again with a smile. He remembered me from my last trip and came and greeted me with a happy smile. Thank you Hitesh for your kindness and help.
I will try and stay here wherever I come to Bombay, excellent hotel and exceptional hospitality. Thank you.

Located in noisy, dirty and congested neighborhood.
There is no place to walk around.
Fridge and Iron equipments faulty.
Great hotel with spacious comfortable rooms. The breakfast was huge with plenty of variety and excellent quality. On the down side, the toilets use ‘recycled’ water in the flush tanks which looks pale yellow, the surrounding area is dirty and noisy and check in time is 3 pm..
I used to stay this hotel some times. I love all staffs attitude, especially Bar's manager.
And also like delicious breakfast.
I will use this 1 month later again.
Hotel is good apart from the noise at night. Admittedly is was Friday night but the night club near by was so noisy I didn't get any sleep. I know the hotel know this happens every Friday night and so they should have advised us of this. When I did complain in the morning they just advised we should have let them know earlier. It started after midnight so we weren't really going to move rooms then. Honestly the staff know this and when we complained they looked surprised but we know they knew of the noise. The the management Please be honest.
