I enjoy the 25hours brand. The Munich location is right by the train station. I love the interior design of the hotel and the spa. The restaurant and bar are also good. It was my second time staying at this property and I plan on coming back if in Munich.

We were allocated room 112 which is where the trams converged. It resulted in two sleepless nights. After the second night I asked for ear plugs they had run out, I asked to be moved as I was so tired by that point I could not enjoy the holiday. Which they did agree to but what a hassle. The worst part is they charge the same price for this room but are well aware of how bad it is. If we had stayed in that room the whole time I would have only given 1 star. Nothing was offered as compensation for the first two awful night. Not even a sorry just a we know it’s a bad room.

I loved the entire vibe of the hotel. My room was kind of funky but very cozy. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the bar and the entire staff was just lovely. Also, the hotel could not be any closer to the main train station. I would return in a heartbeat.

2nd time we have stayed at this hotel when visiting Munich. Great location for transportation and walking to main tourist areas. Rooms and hotel are funky in style and music which is cool. Unfortunately this time it was rather loud with lots of banging doors and the air con didn’t work. However would stay again due to location, facilities, staff friendliness and food.

It’s tricky to find the entrance. Quirky room, but we liked it. Fantastic location for train station and wandering around Munich. Workout room is a joke. If I had wanted to workout, I would give the hotel a much lower score.

The staff were all great. The hotel is in a great location next to Central Station. The rooms are quite dark with poor lighting and there are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. During one Breakfast session, the restaurant had a lot of guests and staff struggled to keep some foods and drinks topped up, such as the filter coffee and smoked salmon. Overall, we would still recommend
