The hotel was conveniently located close to the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions, recommendations etc. The breakfast was plentiful with many different options. Only complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable and only two small pillows for two people didn’t lend for a good night’s rest.

We arrived to a friendly greeting on reception, were able to check in early and informed we had been upgraded to a bigger room! Lovely spacious room- very clean. The bathroom was also spotless with a big walk in shower. Complimentary buffet breakfast was included in our stay and there was a good selection of different things to eat. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very good value for money, with good facilities and in a decent location.

Perfect single room for my purposes, with breakfast including and accommodating staff. While the area has good transport links, there was currently a lot of building work going on in the area but obviously doesn’t detract from the stay. I will say my room was a little on the cold side (but it is November in Munich) but the bathroom was nice and toasty. I didn’t enquire with staff about it as I was only there for two nights and once under the duvet it wasn’t bad at all. Overall would stay again if I go back to Munich.

Very good welcome. Spotless room and good breakfast. Staff all very welcoming and helpful. Area (around station) is not the most salubrious part of Munich, but I had no day or nighttime safety concerns and this is reflected in the v competitive room rates. I would definitely stay again. There are plenty of more luxurious places to stay in Munich, but at a cost. The choice is yours.
