We rarely post negative reviews, but after our stay, we felt it was important to let others know so they don’t make the same mistake in booking as we did. We were very disappointed. We booked based on good online reviews but did not have a good experience. Floors were stained and dirty; no sheets or pillows on bunk beds and they never delivered them after asking multiple times. This was a problem since we had two children with us that needed to sleep on the bunk beds. They never cleaned our room the entire stay even after asking. Had to go to front desk for towels daily and even for toilet paper. Bugs all in room. Shower head sprays out of shower. Soap dispenser didn’t work. Safe would not lock so unusable. Fire alarm went off in middle of the night and the stairwell locks you in if you don’t have your key card which is terrible if you are evacuating due to the fire alarm! Scary and unbelievable. Beds were very hard. Please don’t think this hotel has air conditioning. It said it did but it’s really an “Air cooler” which doesn’t cool the air. It was very hot. Had to open the windows which just let more bugs in. This was the worst place we have stayed in several trips to Europe. Very very disappointing. We have stayed in many hotels and didn’t expect luxury but basic cleanliness, functional amenities, and a bug free environment is not too much to ask. They are just unwilling to fix things or accommodate basic needs. One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
