Super close to the U-bahn station. Staff was friendly. In hotel restaurant was tasty. Room was clean and spacious. Towel warmer was broken but otherwise great stay.

We had dinner in the restaurant on two occasions and Bruno, our waiter, was excellent - he gets 5*. I write this review only reluctantly because I appreciate the damage that a bad review can have on any business. However, our room was dirty on arrival - the beds were made but the floors were dirty. I took a couple of photos and discretely showed them to the receptionist (male), who took a copy and assured me that the room would be cleaned while we were having dinner in the restaurant. Yet, we returned two and a half hours later to find the room had not been cleaned. It was getting late and my children were tied and sleepy, so I decided to ignore it and, hopefully, the room would be cleaned the next day. We left for Munich city center the next morning, returning in the evening to find the beds had been made, bins emptied but, again, the floors had not been cleaned - even though there was pool of dirty visible right in front of the TV cabinet as well as in other areas. Again, I took a photo and quietly showed it to another receptionist (female), who also took a copy on her phone and promised she would have the room cleaned right away. Needless to say, we returned after dinner to find the room still dirty. Given we were leaving the next morning, I decided it was not worth my energy to follow it up for a third time. Please note that I would not have written this review if they had rectified the situation after my first, or even second, attempt to get the room cleaned.

Really comfortable stay. Great value for money. Been to Munich a lot but never stayed in that area but it is on the U3 line so easy to get to as it is near Machtflinger Strauss station. The staff on reception were brilliant. They were really friendly. The room was huge & the bathroom was amazing. If I ever visit Munich again (probably do a winter visit next time), I'll stay here. Best hotel in Munich.

Enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were huge and clean. The sauna in the gym area is a nice amenity. 5 minute walk to the metro. Lots of space across this property in general. Only complaint is there is no air conditioner.

Although the rooms are of good quality, it is boiling hot inside the room when the outside temperature was only 23. Cannot imagine when and if you arrive during heatwave. According to the hotel itself there is nothing that can be done about this.

The Grand Palladium is a very nice hotel that is located in a quiet area of Munich. I stayed here during a recent heatwave in Europe and like many other hotels I've encountered, it does not have air conditioning. My room was a very nice modern room that had large windows and a fan. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and there's a nice restaurant on site. Underground parking is available and there were a lot of available spaces when I stayed.
