The sofa bed was horrible. Squeeked loudly and not easy to sleep on Staff nice and friendly. Good breakfast. Difficult to double park in street to unload and load baggage.

Great location! Staff is very friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with coffees which is the way to my heart. The room was nice and roomy. We had the queen bed with a sofa that opened to a bed. We had a nice balcony with a view of the alley and buildings around us which was pretty. It snowed one of the days we were there so we got to see the snow on top of the building. The room has a nice size tv and a curtain between the sofa and bed for privacy. Bathroom is great. They have a hair dryer and shower items that you would need. The bathroom has a towel warmer which is a nice addition for the cold weather. The heater in the room worked great. The location of the hotel is perfect. You are steps away from great restaurants and all the shopping stores. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was a bit small, but clean. Bed was very low to the ground and not easy to get in and out for seniors. Bathroom nice with great shower. Seating options lacking, uncomfortable straw papasan chair and hard desk chair. Could use a small couch or comfortable chairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location can’t be beat! Close to everything!

Hotel was excellent. I enjoyed a 3 night stay. The room was exceptionally large, modern and clean. Perfect for a luxury solo or couples trip. The bar on the top floor was a really nice space to enjoy an afternoon drink. Location was perfect being in the heart of Munich old town with lots of sights within walking distance, and close to public transport connections. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. I would easily stay here again.

Everything is walkable on this location. Main attractions are few minutes away . Personnel’s are friendly and accommodating. Room is clean. We have a window with street view . We have a welcome coffee and water included in the room. We will stay again .

Excellent location for a first time visit to Munich- walkable to everything. Had larger rooms, which we needed as a family of 3. Incredibly fun and lively rooftop bar, which was great before heading out for dinner. The hotel staff was always incredibly kind and welcoming.
