We really liked our stay!! It was convenient being close to attractions, dining and transportation. Staff was really helpful and nice. My boyfriend liked that you could skip roomservice for points or drinks

Breakfast food quality is subpar now.; AC didn’t work. Taxis are out front honking absolutely all night. Bar and Lounge staff are terribly rude and unprofessional! Bar drinks way overpriced! Did I say the breakfast is not what it was just a few months ago. Over charged 6 times for breakfast! Never again ! Beware !

The hotel enjoys a convenient downtown location with easy access to public transportation. The staff are friendly, and both the buffet and restaurant are excellent. My only concern was the cleanliness of the room—on one occasion, after housekeeping, the room retained an unpleasant odor, as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Aside from that issue, it’s a decent place to stay.

Rooms were a bit on the smaller side but we narelt spent any time.in the room to even care. Parking is under the hotel but you.pay for the parking through the gas station next door.

No privacy in the bathroom, not even a shower door to keep the water from spraying into the vanity and toilet area. Mattress was terribly firm. Breakfast buffet was very nice but tables were always packed so there would be a wait in upwards of 10 minutes.

The Holiday Inn Munich Centre is a 10/10. My favorite of all hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Easy parking, access to local trains without going outside, a 5 star breakfast, and all the shopping below the hotel that you can imagine. I love this place.

Hotel was nice our room was quite clean, very walkable to fantastic restaurants, and the old downtown. Breakfast was also very good a lot of tasty options.

We loved the location and the hotel itself was impeccable. The breakfast served was a 10 out of 10, it was fabulous. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I love the parking deck underneath the hotel, this was super convenient. Plus there was a store just below the hotel that provided nearly anything you could want.
