Due to the side street location, there may be street noise during the day. However, at night it is relatively quiet. Since all rooms are ventilated by a ventilation system, the windows can remain closed.

During your stay you will have the entire studio at your disposal, including your own bathroom. There are no shared rooms, except for the entrance area.

Access is 24/7 with your personalized access code.

The access code will be sent before check-in. You will find detailed check-in instructions with video in our digital guest folder after your booking.

The studio is located in the lively district of Giesing surrounded by bars, restaurants and shopping. In the immediate vicinity is a subway station, a streetcar station and a bus station.
