Einfach, sauber, Zimmer zur Straße laut durch Verkehr. Bei geschlossenem Fenster aber ok. Sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang. Besonderes Lob an die sehr nette und engagierte Dame aus dem Frühstücksraum.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man für einen Städtetrip/Thermenaufenthalt braucht. An der Rezeption wurde uns immer geholfen und das Hotel lag so zentral, dass man zu Fuß alles schnell erreichen konnte. Zur Therme sind wir mit dem Bus gefahren (schnell und unkompliziert), die Umgebung haben wir zu Fuß erkundet. Check-In war dank Schlüsselbox total unkompliziert, da wir erst nachts mit dem Zug angereist sind. Vom Frühstück waren wir am ersten Morgen total begeistert, es war alles da, obwohl es ein kleines Buffet war. Wirklich gigantisch!!! Obwohl wir am nächsten und übernächsten Morgen genauso spät (30 Minuten vor Ende) kamen, war zwar noch vieles da, aber das was uns den Tag vorher so begeistert hat (Laugenbrötchen, Apfelstrudel uvm.) entweder nicht mehr da oder war nie da, das fanden wir schade. Aber satt sind wir trotzdem geworden;) Deswegen (und weil man für Bademäntel vor Ort bezahlen muss) gibt es einen Stern abzug. Sonst empfehlen wir das Hotel weiter!:)

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Matratze war nicht die bequemste. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, frische Backwaren statt aufgebackene wären wünschenswert.
