Amazing! This hotel is a beautiful old hotel with modern conveniences!! Shower water pressure was on point! The breakfast is wonderful too!! The staff is friendly, rooms are a nice size and clean! Loved our stay!! Would definitely stay again when in Munich!

The place is at the center of the Old Town with everything within a walking distance. I think for the location it's hard to beat. The room is also clean and sound insulation from the busy streets below are excellent. It comes with free breakfast but we didn't get to try it as we chose to eat out for the duration of our stay.

Extremely clean room. Personnel was extremely courteous. They brought me extra blankets. The people at the breakfast even proposed to me a different kind of mustard that went better with the white sausage. Amazing service all up.

Overall, the hotel was great! Only issue I had was the bed was so hard, no give or cushion to it. Pillows are hotel pillows...not the best. This hotel is in Alstadt (Old Town) Munich and is very close (2-3 min walk) to Marienplatz train station and lot of the sights (Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, St. Peter). The staff were amazing and they will hold your luggage for as long as you need while exploring, even after you check out. If I come back to Munich, I'd definitely consider staying here again.

A disappointment overall. Great location, professional staff and a very good breakfast buffet but the room was small, carpet was dated and dirty and the bed was not comfortable (my wife hardly slept as she could feel the springs). Church chimes at 7 am are interesting but very loud and went on for some time. Not the hotel to pick if you want to sleep in but a decent choice if you want to be central and get up early.
