The hotel was very close to the airport and the bed was very comfortable. If you want to stay and visit Munich, I would recommend this hotel.

we had a nice stay but could not figure out how to turn on the air conditioner. fortunately, it was not too hot and we only stayed one night. Food at restaurant is limited to pizza and salad bowls.

Clean hotel with very friendly staff and great service. Public transport is limited, but the airport shuttle was reliable and convenient. A solid choice for a stay near the airport.

The room is in a different building to the reception. This is tricky with bags etc. The route to the room is badly signposted. It feels like an office building with beds. Our room was basic. The two towels were very old and The first room smelt so bad we asked to change. The receptionist was efficient and gave us a different room. I would not stay here again and I definitely wouldn’t stay alone.

Very nice quiet and convenient location near Airport. Shuttle drop off to airport which is nice. Only parking instruction to be clear to come back in Building with Elevator no1. We took Elevator entry 2 first time from parking and it took us to next building.

The hotel was fine. The shuttle was a disaster. They give you directions that no one even at the airport could tell us where that location was and we ended up traversing between two different terminals and finally had to take a taxi to the hotel. When we brought this up with the Front Desk clerk, he was not interested at all. We were not the only person staying in the hotel that evening that had the same exact experience and had to take a taxi so their shuttle service is not good at all.

emailed and texted for info about the shuttle, no reaponse so i called upon landing, rude person. The check in was also cold with an attitude. Not even a bottle of water in the room. the air controls, nothing would change when adjusting them. Honestly i think the meter was there only for show because none of the buttons changed anything. Lastly the blanket was perhaps a bit larger than a kid bnanket, very strange and weird experience. Can tell they cheap out on everything. Also the room in the picture was nothing like the tiny little corner i got. Horrible overall, never going back. Bad bar service too extremely slow girl training 10 minutes per drink.

Room and environment are clean. Good value. Very nice and helpful staff. Called hotel to send shuttle to pick up from airport for £12. Reserved shuttle to airport the next morning for £12. The bus stop is near by to take to go to the train station to the city center. A small supermarket across the street.
