Schreckliches Zimmer, scheussliche Möbel, badeinrichtung unter aller Kanone, ein duschvirhang der nichts taugt!! Das einzige gute war die bettenqualutät

Wir haben die Pension für einen kurzen Städtetrip gebucht. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Betten haben gequietscht und das Zimmer lag direkt neben einer Gemeinschaftsküche wo kurz vor Mitternacht und am Morgen um 7uhr gekocht und geredet wurde. Sehr ringhörig und laut.

Die Lage ist das Beste

Pros: Lage
Cons: Gründlich erneuern
Location: 300 Meter von Viktualienmarkt, 500 Meter von U-Bahn Station Marienplatz/Rathaus und damit nahe bei allen Innenstadt-Sehenswürdigkeiten von München.
Keine dreihundert Meter vom Viktualienmarkt entfernt ist die Pension sehr zentral gelegen. Leider bewahrheitet sich in dieser Pension das Klischee mustergültig, dass sich Gasthäuser und Herbergen an guter Lage wenig Mühe geben müssen. Man sieht auf den ersten Blick, dass in den letzten 30 Jahren kaum etwas in die Pension investiert wurde. Alles wirkt in einem negativen Sinne ältlich, von Technik über Einrichtung bis Frühstücksbuffet. Es wirkt so, als wolle man mit minimalem Aufwand das Maximum an Ertrag rausholen und sparen, wo man kann. Anders lässt sich nicht erklären, dass das eine Bettgestell in meinem Zimmer am ersten Abend auseinanderbrach - eine behelfsmässige frühere Reparatur hat nicht gehalten. Staub auf den angebotenen Getränkeflaschen, eine verkalkte Duschbrause und eine hakelnde Toilettenspülung signalisieren auch, dass sich die Betreiber wenig Mühe geben. Dass W-Lan separat tagesweise gekauft werden muss, verstärkt das Bild der knausrigen Hausführung gleich wie dünner Kaffee und liebloses Angebot am Frühstücksbuffet. Ich fühlte mich auch nicht wirklich willkommen. Beim Einchecken an der gut versteckten Reception war die junge Empfangsdame zwar freundlich, aber auch sehr kurz angebunden - gleiches bei der Abreise. Eine freundliche Begrüssung zum Frühstück oder eine Entschuldigung für das defekte Bett lagen leider nicht drin. Fazit: Die Pension ist für Münchner Innenstadtverhältnisse günstig, aber das Geld dennoch nicht wert.

Günstig und sehr zentral

Schnuckelige kleine Pension, mit gutem Frühstück. Samstag Nacht war es etwas laut auf den Gängen, wegen alkoholisierten jungen Leuten. Würde dennoch wieder buchen! Tram fährt vor der Tür ab.

Tolle Lage in der City!

Pros: Die Lage und das Frühstück.
Wir haben die 3 Nächte sehr erholsam verbracht, die Lage ist sehr ruhig und das Zimmer (Familienzimmer) war sehr gross und mit Küche. Toll dekorierter Frühstücksraum mit gutem ausgiebigem Buffet.
