The staff nor good, imagine that I asked the waiter for food at 9:20 pm, when it was 9:50 pm the food did not arrive complete, he said it was missing, he went to the kitchen and came back saying, sorry the kitchen closed 5 minutes ago, we can't do anything else, now I ask: can a hotel like this leave the guest hungred !

The hotel is new, 8 months old. The phone calls to reception are not answered. On average it took 30 minutes to contact front desk. (The phone were working properly). Rooms are not cleaned properly and not refreshed up in the afternoon. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all. Poor management was so obvious.

Hier wird deutlich, dass nicht edles Design die Qualität eines Hauses bestimmt, sondern Personal, Professionalität, praktische Verständnis und eine funktionierende Technik. Daran hapert es im Rosewood. Email werden nicht gelesen, Transfer von einem ins andere Zimmer dauert gern eine Stunde, Bestellungen und Service beim Frühstück sind langwierig und kompliziert.
