Really great hotel. The high user rating isnt surprising. I traveled alone for annual Stroke Art Fair and it was close to Praterinsel where I could walk to daily. Also close to Lehel Ubahn station so close to Marienplatz / city center. very calm and quiet neighborhood and safe at night. The hotel itself was super clean and modern. The single room was small but perfect for one. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave me a map and even made me a coffee when i asked where i could get one! I will definitely stay there again when in Munich. Thank you again staff of Ünsolds Factory Hotel! You were all so friendly and welcoming!

Excellent Hotel in a nice part of town

This was already my third stay here, nice room, modern decor, friendly staff. Breakfast is good but at just under € 20 p.P on the expensive side. Great location, quiet but close to the city center and Englisch Garten, so great park if you have a dog as we do.
