We had a pretty bad experience with this hotel, mainly due to a SEVER lack of communication prior to check in on the limited check in hours. This hotel is only staffed until 10PM at night and if you arrive afterwards without completing a check in link you are completely locked out and your reservation is cancelled. This is not well stated whatsoever when you book online, or in the multiple reminder emails that are sent prior to checking in. We arrived at 10:30PM after an international flight to be locked out of the hotel, with only a number to call which took us multiple calls to get ahold of someone, not customer service, a security guard who had no way of sending us our check in code. I also messaged the customer service number on WhatsApp regarding our situation and didn't get a response until the next morning. I received ONE message from the hotel at 8pm the day of check in asking when I would be there and that they close at 10PM. There was ZERO mention in this message about us being locked out, or the reservation being cancelled if we didn't respond, which we couldn't as we were on a flight. We had to wait over an hour for the security guard to come let us in the hotel with the master key, but then were stuck in the hotel all night as we didn't have a code or key to get back in if we left. If you are running a hotel, you should have 24/7 check in and customer service available. The room was nice and clean but I will likely not be returning to this hotel due to this.
