The property was clean, with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. It’s very close to the central train station which is a plus and a minus. It’s close walking distance to the Old City which is great. The public transport and street noise was high despite the insulated windows. It was also very hot in the two rooms we booked despite the air conditioning being on maximum. The adjoining restaurant bar was great.

Great location. Within walking distance to a lot of attractions Room was very nice and staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were also very helpful in booking us an airport shuttle.

It was all right, but we wont stay there again. Service was good, spacious rooms but ... very noisy area, between trams and traffic, if you're light sleeper, you will have problems. Floors are hardwood and old, can see foot steps, i dont think they can be cleaned. The building is old and they try their best. Some rooms allow smoking, so hallways smells, we had some pot 2nd hand experience just by walking to our room. If you open the windows, chances are someone is smoking on the street, so welcome more smells, maybe not a big issue at hogher floors. Some lights dont work, not sure if A/C was doing anything. The biggest issue was shower. I feel like whoever designed showers never took one in their life. Shower head positioned on the short side of the tub, so you have very little space to move while still under the water. And towels were rather old and used up. Good price tho and close to the city, but have to compromise everywhere else

The location is fantastic- loved the convenience and being in the middle of downtown Munich. We had booked the suite and while it was spacious there was no drawer and hardly and space or furniture to hang clothes. The bathroom was old, no walk in shower only a bath tub shower. On the weekend you could hear the noise & music from the bar below the room. Overall - the location and view was great, the rest average

Friendly staff, large room, nice bathroom. Air conditioning needed to be set to 10C to get the room to a comfortable temperature. When I arrived the room was scorching hot, so I set the air conditioning on to 20 and went out for the evening and it was still too hot to possibly sleep probably 25-28 degrees when I returned. There is loud music from the ground floor bar but with windows closed you couldn’t really hear it. Windows open would be very loud.

Wonderful staff that was very helpful. Room was a little small but the bathroom was large and had the best shower I’ve ever been in. Only thing I would do differently would to have a map of where parking garage is. We had hard time find it and it was underground
