The house had an ant colony and ant poison in front of the entrance. My son each found a cockroach in his bed! My daughter had a cockroach in her bedroom too. The trash separating and organizing was stressful. If you didn’t organize it correctly, you would be charged 30 per container. There were 5 containers to organize your trash. You were also expected to put out the correct containers on the street during your stay. You are also allowed 30 uses of air conditioning before they start charging you per kilowatt. None of this is on the web description. You find it in a notebook on arrival. We did strip bed sheets and empty the refrigerator before we left. Had to wait for final inspection to get signed approval to get out security deposit back before we had to leave for our morning flight. The location to the beach was extremely convenient. The beach and ocean were amazing!

Absolut an bester lage. Haus sehr schön mit genügend platz. Nicht topmodern aber alles was esbraucht. Vermieter sehr freundlich.
