Beautiful two bedroomed, first floor, curved wall, front line golf apartment. Front patio with doors to each bedroom. Rear patio, overlooking 13th Tee, complete with table and chairs plus loungers.

Fully furnished with leather sofa and single leather chair plus all accessories for a key ready holiday home.

The accommodation is equipped with: lift access, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, air conditioning in the living room, 2 fans, TV, Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).

In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

On resort you will find childrens areas, tennis court, padle court, communal swimming pools and ample on street parking.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort offers, as well as the Nicklaus designed, 18-hole golf course, a driving range, putting and chipping greens. The golf course is a par 72 and 6416-metre course. It covers an area of 71 hectares and has a mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the coast.

The El Casón de Riquelme Restaurant, set in the resort's 19th-century colonial-style Hacienda, has seating inside, with an outside terrace area, looking out over the original walled gardens.
Recently a new coffee shop called Sips by Nadine has opened offering an array of cakes and pastries, along with savoury snacks too. You will also be able to enjoy a traditional Spanish breakfast , Tostada with various toppings.
