Excellent facilities, Tennis Court is very tight in the baseline recess, maybe an idea to have 2 Tennis Courts instead of one, as true Tennis Guests would be looking for those facilities. Very pleased that the Indoor pool is opened in throughout summer, as adults with no children enjoys a little peace from the sun, and some privacy.

Really lovely, modern and well-kept hotel with a beautiful inner swimming pool area and a large garden. We stayed in a suite and really liked that it was rather spacious with a big bathroom and a superb shower. The room also had a large TV and PS4. Our suite also had a terrace on a second floor which gave an extremely nice way to relax and enjoy our stay. The half-board was quite nice as well. The breakfast was excellent and dinner also offered nice selection to suite every taste.

Great hotel.

Great hotel, pools are fantastic, great playground and staff, they even have a compressor to blow up inflatables at the pool hut. No daft pool rules - loads of fun and activities. Wifi was hit and miss and the kids were sleeping on the sofa in the lounge which was not ideal when paying £150 a night. Kitchenette was basic also. Location was good and they have a good range of entertainment throughout the week. Definitely recommend. One of the better hotels we've stayed in - no reals problems picking up a couple of sunbeds most days. Very helpful staff very focussed on customer service.

Young Couples Break

Stayed here at the end of April for a few days - the apartment was spacious and had a little kitchen with a fridge, toaster and kettle which was really useful. There was a little terrace outside which was perfect for brunch in the sun and because of the time of year it was really quiet - plenty of sun loungers by the pool. Beds were comfy, shower was warm and powerful. It's about a €10 taxi down to the port or a 40 minute walk but the beach is just a couple of minutes away. All in all would definitely stay here again.

Best ever holiday in mallorca

Impeccable hotel. Smiley staff and always cheerful and helpful.Imaculately kept grounds and rooms. Once vacated, They Even use a tape measure to ensure the sunbeds are all straight and neat. Never a problem getting one either and we went 10-21 august. (4of us). Wi fi was not very good but they are aware I believe. We had a relaxing holiday and met other lovely guests. Best hotel we have stayed in on this island- and we have been a few times. We will be back. Was self catering.

Family holiday

Great hotel, lovely staff, nice pool. 5 mins walk from the beach and restaurants. Short drive to port of Alcudia.

Its OK

Hotel is so so. Good for the kids. Reception staff need a lesson in PR. From the moment we arrived we got the impression we were an inconvenience to them. I mean... paying customers on a recession hit Spanish Island.... surely not!! Strange but true.
