Spacious and beautiful, perfect for large family vacation

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I was a little nervous in this booking given the low number of reviews but I am glad that didn't stop us from booking our family vacation here. This space accommodated 17 people with ease and always felt spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, living room extremely comfy, and the fact that every bedroom had a bathroom was amazing. The location was perfect being right across from the beach and within 5 minutes of everything we needed. Also the host was extremely responsive and helpful for our questions. Thanks for a great memory filled vacation!

We loved this property! It was well-kept, the location was fantastic, and having a private pool was a game-changer. We had 4 families with kids ages 5-13, and there was plenty of space. The distance to the beach was perfection.

Great location, property need work.

The location of this property is excellent, right across from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. However, the property was not what we expected as the house was run down and felt like a frat house that is just churned through renters and not cared for. The furnishing are dated. The kitchen was full of broken, old damaged items that were in disarray. The dishes all were dirty in the cabinets. There were many broken items throughout the house and light bulbs out. Blankets were threadbare and the showers were missing liners on curtains. There was a leak issue where if you took a shower in one shower it would leak through another and leak through the ceiling lights in the kitchen. When I contacted the owner regarding the leaks he sent a plumber over two days (who clearly patched this issue many times) but he refused to discuss a credit for the issues in the house and was very rude and hostile. I spent a few days during my vacation waiting for the plumber and dealing with the owner. Not ideal and would not recommend.

We stayed here for my girls golf team state championship. It was perfect for the girls and families. House was as advertised. Great location. Plenty of parking. Would recommend.
