Captain's Walk III is located 0.1 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. Enjoy the oceanside outdoor pool from April 1 to November 1. Take a quick stroll down the beach to the pier, which offers an arcade, live music during the summer, karaoke, food and drinks, fishing, and beautiful scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean. For your convenience, Captain's Walk III has an elevator, so pack your bags and come on down! Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi with high-speed fiber internet in every unit. Two parking permits are issued per unit. One vehicle may park onsite and the second vehicle is to be parked across the street in the overflow lot located at 117 Yaupon Avenue. Motorcycles and trailers are allowed (trailers must be parked in the overflow lot with pass attached). Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, grilling, and pets are not permitted.

My family and i enjoy visiting the garden city area every summer. Dunes Realty has been very pleasant to deal with. Very polite and knowledgeable when ever i have had any questions. I would definitely recommend them to any one asking me how to book a stay in the area.

Upon arrival the condo was DIRTY! I had to sweep the floors , the vacuum was full and hadn’t been empty all summer. The carpets with nasty.The ceiling fans had dirt hanging off of them. The corners of the floors were piled up with sand. Showers were dirty with soap scum and hair. Kitchen stove was greasy, fingerprints all over the living room TV.
