Enjoy the ocean side pool (open Easter to mid October), hot water spa (closed Nov 1 - Mar 1) and building wide WIFI. The building is only 0.3 mile north of the Garden City Pier. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Maritime Place is located 0.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This complex offers both oceanfront and ocean view units. There is no elevator at Maritime Place. From Easter to November 1, go for a swim in the outdoor oceanside pool. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, which is open March 1 to November 1. Stay connected with Maritime Place's complimentary Wi-Fi. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Previous guest left dirty silverware in drawer but overall condo was clean and tidy. Beach view was great and we spent a good amount of time at the pool.
Stayed 5 nights in Sep 2025
