This was a great and relaxing getaway that was truly needed. The staff was great! Vanessa and Tony were the best! The gentleman from the front desk at the message is by far the MVP, very inviting, knowledgeable, polite and well mannered. The only bad I can say was speaking to checkin staff onsite and over the phone. It seemed like they do not like their job at all, same for the front staff at the bathhouse. Overall a great experience.

Murietta Hot Springs has so much to offer. The springs are wonderful and the resort has immense potential. We were overnight guests and appreciate the offerings (crystal bell Aqua experience, mud baths). Also enjoyed having some springs separate from crowds of day pass users. Little things need improvement: rooms available at posted check-in, absorbent towels on the property, gourmet coffee choices and healthy breakfast foods. The manager was very helpful and accommodated us well.

Beautiful property but services and staff lacking. There's no restaurant, no room service, no mini fridge, you can't find anyone on the property to help you. Not even towels and robes a plenty you have to call to find someone to bring you a towel. The bar at lobby is nice and property has potential but needs more attention.

Really nice pools with geothermal water, the property is new. - Everything is very disorganized, staff forgets stuff - Cafe Azuli should be renamed into Cafe DesesperaciĂłn as you should only go there out of desperation. For breakfast it feels they just get stuff from the nearest 7-11 and warm it up for 3x the price.

Incredible Property, Wild Geese!

The property is amazing. Extensive system of pools, too many to experience in one stay. Shout-out to Jada, whose sound bath and restorative yoga classes were outstanding. Having these activities available at no cost to guests is a real bonus. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my early birthday stay, thank you.

Lovely grounds, nice pools, comfy room

Arrived later than expected, around 6:30pm. Check-in was quick but we were tired and it was dark so found it hard to find the right building for our room (small signs, poorly lit). Had to go back to lobby and the nice young lady who checked us in walked us to the right place. Had planned on nice dinner at the restaurant but it wasn't open, so were directed to the bar. Made our selections for food and drinks but the one bartender was distracted with young female guests at the bar and never once looked our way. Finally after 20 min of pointedly waiting, we gave up, ate crackers in our room. At least the pools were nice. And the room was nice, comfy bed. However, NO options for breakfast, self pay or not, so I think next time we'll choose one of the smaller friendly places over near Desert Hot Springs for our trip.
