Located within a complex of Villas, it offers you a fantastic outdoor shared pool (only with guests that live in the complex) as well as sun beds and its own patio. You can also sit comfortably on outdoor dining table with chairs located at the front of the property.

At the back of the property you will find a build-in BBQ facility as well as a larger dining table with chairs, for fantastic al fresco meals, offering total privacy for you and your group and with private access directly from the property.

The surface area of the house is of 150 sqm and the surface area of the pool is 50sqm. It is built in typical Cycladic style architecture with a predominance of neutral colors and is surrounded by natural wooden beams.
