Luna Sea Villa is a newly constructed villa given in for renting purposes for the very first time. It is built on the area of Kalo Livadi. The high ground built upon, ensures great panoramic view of both Kalo Leivadi and Kalafatis beach. The villa is located within a five minute distance from the well-known Kalo Leivadi beach with the famous Solymar beach bar, Kalafatis beach which is ideal for wind and kite surfing, as well as the cosmopolitan beaches of Elia and Lia.
Luna Sea Villa is built on a traditional Cycladic style and largely covered by stone. The villa features five spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and an extra wc located on the living room area. The villa is divided into three parts. The first one is the main house which is consisted by two master bedrooms, the living room, dining room and the kitchen. The second part of the house includes two large bedrooms and a small living room in between. The third and last part is a spacious studio.
