The Greek islands are renowned all over the world for their beauty and the crystal blue waters of the sea, Mykonos in particular is considered as the Jewel of the Aegean Sea.
On this island that is probably the most famous of the Greek islands there are many luxury villas, among them Villa Helios, a fabulous property situated above Elia beach and Agrari that are visible from every corner of the building.
It is only 100 meters away from the beach and it features an elegant and minimal style with a predominance of white color typical of the Cyclades offering a relaxing atmosphere.
Villa Helios has 5 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and it develops on 3 levels.
On the upper level there is the living area, a bathroom and a full equipped kitchen while on the top of the upper level there is the boat like bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom with sea view from everywhere. It is like being on a floating boat.
On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom.
On the lower level there is a second sitting area and 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have twin beds and one bedroom has king size bed.
The 6 bathrooms are made of polished cement with smooth curves and light colors.

Outside the villa features an infinity pool is situated in a location where the pool water view dives in the blue of the sea. There is a built table under a shaded pergola suitable for epicurean meals or relaxing moments. There is also a barbeque and an external bar on the pool area.
The size of the pool area easily holds events up to 150 persons.

Rental rules:
The rates are for 10 persons.
The minimum stay is 1 week in high and peak season, 5 nights during the other periods.
Check-in time is from 3.00 pm; Checkout time is within 10.00 am.
The rates include daily maid service, linen and towels change every 3 days, meet and greet upon arrival.
A Security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid on arrival
