This captivating home is embellished with a 65m2 private swimming pool, featuring a four seater whirlpool (non heated) that is designed to function as a hydromassage feature, providing a relaxing and therapeutic experience, as well as special children’s pool compartment (0,50 meters deep), shaded lounge area and outdoor dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ facilities & sink) under sunset skies. The property lays in 800m2 outdoor area, with 100m2 lawn covered area and spectacular countryside views. An ideal holiday escape for those who seek ultimate privacy and summery living. What’s more, a lawn covered outdoor playground is available for our younger guests (swing, seesaw, slide, children climbing activity set), and the portable basketball hoop will delight the children.

Practice you skills on the outdoor Ping Pong table and enjoy endless hours of fun & relaxation with the four bicycles available (two of them are large and two medium sized).

The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds.

Ayali Villa II is located in the picturesque Achlades Village and within just 650meters away (or 3 minutes driving) from a local cafe and a local taverna.

In Perama town, 10 minutes away by car from the Villa, you can find everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office.

Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 10 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.

The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.

Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.

Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
