Perfectly situated among olive groves in the picturesque village of Margarites, Margarites Villas consists of two separate villas: Villa Agapi and Villa Agios Georgios. Villa Agapi covers 135 m2 within a 1,200 m2 fenced plot, and blends modern comforts with the serenity of its natural surroundings, offering stunning views of the Cretan Sea and the surrounding mountains.


Designed for relaxation, Villa Agapi features a private heated swimming pool, a gas barbecue, and an al fresco dining table, perfect for enjoying the warm Cretan climate. The two-storey villa is furnished in a minimalist yet cozy style and comfortably accommodates six guests in its three bedrooms, with the option to host up to seven if needed.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage und Haus. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Da wir Kinder dabei hatten,wurden die Rehe natürlich jeden Tag besucht. Der Pool war gut geheizt(zusätzl.Kosten).Reinigung,Bettwäsche und Handtuchwechsel hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Sonnenliegen sind gestrichen,deswegen hat man bei Hitze aufpassen müssen,dass man nicht dran kleben bleibt.Tip für die Vermieter:Auflagen wären schön für die Liegen! Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Sehr schöne Villa mit toller Außenanlage

Uns hat die Villa mit der wunderschönen Außenanlage sofort gefallen. Dieser Eindruck wurde durch den herzlichen Empfang durch die Besitzer der Villa noch verstärkt. In den 15 Tagen unseres Urlaubs haben wir besonders den Blick zum Meer genossen. Zweimal in der Woche wurde das Haus gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Der Pool und die Außenanlage wurde jede Woche durch den Besitzer gereinigt und gepflegt. Hier muss besonders lebensfrohe Art des Besitzers erwähnt werden, die sich auch zeigt, wenn man ihn in Margarites trifft. Hier hat das Ehepaar auch eine Taverne mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und einer leckeren und sehr preiswerten Küche mit typisch griechischen Gerichten. Als Resümee kann man nur sagen, dass die Villa einen erholsamen Urlaub gewährleistet. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Perfekter Urlaub, traumhaft schön

Wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch während des Urlaubs liebevoll betreut. Bekamen am Abend sogar von der Dame, die uns empfangen hat ganz überraschen Besuch und sie brachte uns einen mega leckeren Kuchen vorbei. Total lieb. Auch ihr Mann, der sich um Haus und Garten während unsere Abwesenheit kümmerte war total nett. 2 x die Woche kam eine Reinigungskraft vorbei. Alles was man für einen traumhaft perfekten Urlaub benötigt, war vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank. Helene 👍😀

Traumurlaub im Traumhaus/ Dream vacation in the dream house

Ein wirkliches Schmuckstück in absolut traumhafter Lage. Das Haus und das Grundstück lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Der Blick in alle Richtungen ist traumhaft. Was mir als Besonderheit aufgefallen ist und was nicht oft zu finden ist, sind die Fenster und Türen mit Fliegengitter. Wir hatten dadurch keine Mücken oder Insekten im Haus und trotzdem immer frische Luft und ein angenehmes Klima in den Zimmern. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, der Service rund um das Haus lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Besitzer und Etouri sind 24 Stunden am Tag ansprechbar und immer eine große Hilfe. Wir hatten erholsame Tage am Pool und schöne Abende am Grill. Wirklich besonders waren für die Kinder und auch die Erwachsenen die Rehe hinter dem Haus, die wir jeden morgen und Abend besucht haben. Das Restaurant im Ort Margaretes, ca. 2,4km entfernt ist auch wunderschön gelegen mit einer sehr leckeren traditionellen Küche und super netten Besitzern und Personal. Es gibt innerhalb einer Fahrstunde mit dem PKW sehr viel zu entdecken und zu erleben. Ich würde sehr gerne wieder in dieser Villa urlaub machen, für uns kommt auf Kreta keine andere Villa in Frage. A real jewel in absolutely fantastic location. The house and the location leaves nothing to be desired. The view in all directions is fantastic. What I noticed as a special feature and what is not often to find, are the windows and doors with fly screens. We had no mosquitoes or insects in the house and still fresh air and a pleasant climate in the rooms. The area is very clean and tidy, the service around the house leaves nothing to be desired. The owners and Etouri are available 24 hours a day and always a great help. We had relaxing days by the pool and nice quiet evenings at the grill. Really special for the children and adults were the deer behind the house, which we visited every morning and evening. The restaurant in Margarites, about 2.4km away is also beautifully located with a very delicious traditional cuisine and super nice owners and staff. There is a lot to discover and experience within an hour drive by car. I would very much like to return to this villa, there is no similar villa for us on Crete.
