Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this inviting retreat features a queen sized bed, a Murphy bed, and a sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to six guests for the perfect Myrtle Beach getaway.

Guests enter directly into the living room, where a plush sofa that doubles as an extra sleeping space sits across from a large wall mounted flat screen TV. Below the TV, a shelf with storage totes provides convenient space to keep your belongings organized during your stay. Tucked into the corner is a dining table with seating for four, ideal for shared meals, morning coffee, or a fun family game night.

Just beyond the living area is the full kitchen, complete with beautiful granite countertops and abundant cabinet space both above and below. Full sized appliances include a stove and oven, mounted microwave, sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and all the basic necessities you need to prepare meals at home. If you prefer dining out, you will find plenty of restaurants within a short walk or drive from the Landmark, and food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are widely available.

Across from the kitchen is the uniquely designed bathroom, offering added privacy and functionality. Upon entering, you will find a granite vanity countertop with sink and a large mirror that spans the wall. A toilet and small cabinet are also located in this space. A separate door divides the sink and toilet area from the shower and tub combination, making it easy for multiple guests to get ready comfortably.

Further down the hall is the bedroom, furnished with a queen sized bed and a Murphy wall bed, allowing the room to comfortably sleep up to four guests. Across from the beds is a large dresser with ample storage for clothing and personal items. The bedroom also provides direct access to the private oceanfront balcony, where you can wake up to the sound of crashing waves. Step outside to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine while taking in the stunning view.

The Landmark Resort is known for its wide array of amenities, making it a guest favorite year after year. You will have access to indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, a laundry facility, arcade, and more. Whether you are floating along the lazy river, relaxing poolside, or enjoying a soak in the hot tub, there is something for everyone. Complimentary resort cable and Wi Fi are also included for your convenience.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
