This is one of the better properties at Myrtle. We originally booked our stay at a different property and we were utterly disappointed. They allowed to us to leave and we booked here instead. Very happy with switching.

I loved that it was literally on the beach and also the fact that there were two restaurants inside the hotel that stayed open late. It was very convenient and the pool inside the hotel was nice as well. Really enjoyed the stay and will be back!!

It was clean, with a beautiful ocean front view. We got a kitchenette that was great. All of the employees were friendly. The hot tub was the best. The bathroom door could be replaced. Absolute nightmare

This hotel was an absolute nightmare, a stark contrast to its online portrayal. The rooms were disgustingly unsanitary, starting with our first one that featured rust-covered appliances, unswept floors, and, most alarmingly, clear evidence of a severe bed bug infestation on the bedding. Requesting a move, we were promised a "fully renovated" room, which turned out to be another lie. While a new stove and refrigerator were present, the bed bugs remained, and the air conditioner was hanging off the wall. Instead of moving again, we were forced to take matters into our own hands, purchasing bed bug spray and enduring a self-treatment process. We even bought our own bedding due to the unsanitary conditions and the uncomfortable, old mattresses. The advertised jetted tub was another source of horror. Upon turning it on, black mold erupted, rendering it unusable despite our attempts to clean it. The pervasive presence of black mold throughout the hotel is a serious health hazard.Our complaints were met with indifference, suggesting a disturbing awareness of the hotel's appalling state. The inconvenient parking situation, with the closest lot always full and requiring a two-block walk (a significant issue for my medical condition), was also met with zero assistance from the front desk.This hotel is not just outdated; it is demonstrably unclean and potentially dangerous.This was a truly dreadful experience that ruined our trip.
