The Space:

*3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Comfortable and clean condo

*1 king bed, 4 single beds and pullout sofa in the living room.

*kitchen fully equipped with all basics.

* washer/dryer in the condo.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Linens for each bed are provided.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands (8 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Christmas Getaway

This trip was a getaway for me, my daughters, granddaughter and great-granddaughter.The condo was as described, and very neat.My only concern was the water in the showers never got to a comfortable hot temperature. Otherwise all was well.
