• Pool & Fitness Center Access: Private vacation rental guests can enjoy the resort pool at Laurel Court and the oceanfront pool, in between the North and South Hampton towers. However, access to 78 Fitness, the Embassy Suites pool complex and splash park, or other pools within Kingston Plantation is not permitted.
• Reservation Policy: The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the rental property for the entire duration of the stay.
• Smoking and Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and out on the screened in porch. Pets are not allowed at any time.
• Golf Carts: Golf carts must be rented through Kingston Golf Cart Rental. Personal golf carts (from guests staying outside of Kingston) and/or golf carts rented from other companies are not permitted due to limited parking availability.
• Motorcycle and Trailer Parking: Motorcycle parking is only allowed in the designated area located in front of the security gate and across from the fitness center, on a first-come, first-served basis. Trailer parking is not permitted at any time.
