1st floor Beautiful, Bright and comfy condo. Open space with a balcony beautiful view. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions! Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.
The space
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very spacious condo. 1 King bed, 2 twin beds and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Large balcony with beautiful pool view.
*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb.We love your dogs but please do NOT ALLOW your pets on or in the beds, sofas or any furniture. if evidence of pet hair found on linens or furniture an additional cleaning fee could be incurred. (pet fee guide lines: $75 per cat, $50 for dogs up to 25 lbs, $100 for dogs above 25 lbs). Untrained pets are not allowed, any damage caused by a pet an additional damage fee will incurred.
*Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest access
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands (6 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) Pools will be closedown in winter time and due to weather. All 6 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*NO MAILBOX for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free.

Mrytle Beach Dance competition

Everything was great except shower in master bathroom needs safety bar to get out of shower. Stepping out of shower was difficult with the tub for any age.
