You'll have access to the entire condo as well as all the amenities the building has to offer. Please feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy your stay to the fullest. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, don't hesitate to reach out.



The Neighborhood:

At Landmark Resort, you'll be conveniently situated just steps from the beach, allowing you to enjoy leisurely strolls along the shoreline and take a dip in the pools or dine at the onsite restaurants. Plus, you're just a short drive away from popular attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, a variety of restaurants, golf courses, and shopping options.



Getting Around:

You'll find easy access to the airport, as well as convenient transportation options such as taxis, Uber, and rental cars.



Other Things to Note:

This is a personally owned condo, not a hotel room, and the request to treat it like a home is a helpful reminder for guests.



Note: This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located in the back of the property; and no access to 40-foot-tall waterpark! There is also no access to the onsite Starbucks, food, and bar at the pool and mini-golf.



Note: Spa 1 and 4 are open.

Spa 2 and 3 are closed for leak repairs until further notice.
