I had reserved an ocean front apartment and got one with a very limited side view. I called and changed could not be made since all other rooms were twice as much. The building is older and in much need of repairs. The common areas were very dirty with trash all around. I was very disappointed and will not be making any more reservation via Expedia. I will call the hotels/rentals directly. I'm very sad because it is my only vacation after teaching all year. Shame on you for not providing the room I had chosen and would not accommodate us in another comparable apartment. There was hair in the bathroom, carpets were dirty and the microwave did not function. It was hot as the AC cannot be lower bellow 70 degrees. What a nightmare this was.I would like a refund or compensation. What can you do to make me a happy customer?

I didn’t like anything about the property, the seal around the fridge was keeping it from closing properly, the handle on the microwave was broke which made it hard to open the door, there was no balcony as advertised on YOUR site. It also stated that the room was ocean front, the reason I chose it, but that was not the case either. Will not book thru Expedia again. And the bed looked slept in. They told me (the office) that housekeeping would change them the next day, that never happened and the coffee maker did not work and it was Saturday afternoon when they notified me that they would try and fine one. Bottom line, the Peachtree which is the name and not the name I booked the room under which was ocean resort a Ramada at Wyndham. Both of you need to fix your websites if you are going to allow people to book thru you. Although I won’t be one who books thru you again.

Not Great, but Not Too Expensive

When I booked the reservation and the cost was about half of what the surrounding places were charging, I suspected that it might not be that great. Unfortunately, I my suspicion was correct. The room was reasonably clean, but the sofa and chair were old and stained from years of use. The cabinets and appliances are very outdated and the trim under the dishwasher was completely gone, meaning that you could see underneath the dishwasher. The drain for the tub was almost completely stopped up (with sand I guess). It would take a couple hours for it to drain down after a shower. Also, the water in the kitchen sink would never get warm. I think there was one hot tub working, but the one right next to the pool wasn’t and had green water and trash in it. I guess if you just know ahead of time that everything about this property is old and outdated and you need a “cheap place” then it works. That’s what we needed for this particular trip and we made it work.
