First arrived check in was 4pm, we arrived 5:15pm still had to wait get into room at 6pm. The room is so damaged mold nasty walls, ripped current, couldn’t use murphy bed mattress was nasty including the 2 queen mattress. Stains felt honestly like sleeping on box spring not comfortable at all. We had no choice but to stay or go home. Next day went to beach came back around 12pm and no water take shower. Was not made aware of. The next day fire alarm went off around 11pm at night some kind of electrical issue elevators. Went front desk ask what was wrong they had no clue that the alarm was going off in building to get out. Please first arrive while waiting check in 3 ppl checked out because the conditions of the room. On top of others complaining asking for refunds and to be moved. Just run far far away from this place. County needs shut it down start over. This use be 5star luxury hotel. Just find somewhere else stay its not worth it

It was ok

Convenient location. A/c in the room wasn’t the best, we had it set at 68 and it was always still around 77. The room could use a little updating with cabinets that didn’t show wear and carpets that weren’t falling apart.

The outdoor pool area was beautiful. The hallway in our unit definitely needed a paint job. The bathroom tile was very moldy in the shower. Needs to be cleaned and caulk replaced. The website said a work out room which was not there. Limited silverware and we had to buy plastic silverware and plates. As in only a couple of them. We were there for 10 days and you are responsible for washing sheets, towels. They will give you washing machine soap and dishwasher soap but we didn’t know this until well after a week and we already bought that. Be aware no bar or restaurant in hotel. Overall a beautiful and very family oriented. The shower grossness should be fixed though

My room had mold on the ceiling. Room was not cleaned. Bedding was not clean. White chairs had visible dirt and food on them. Not worth the price. The elevator was often wet and smelled bad. There was not enough luggage holders to transport luggage. I think it’s an inconvenience for customers to have to dispose of their trash during their departure when housekeeping will come to clean.

I stayed here yrs ago. It was very nice then.Was expecting nicer accommodations. No housekeeping during your stay. There was towels in your room but when you needed fresh towels you had to wash them because you have a,washer and dryer. No extra garbage bags left in tge room. Had to go across the street to ask for one. Our room looked as though they had started painting cut it in and just stopped. The cabinet doors were in rough shape. The hotel needs to be upgraded. The hot tub outside did not work. I would not recommend this hotel.

Vacation was wonderful was are first family trip as a young family and got to make amazing memories with nana as a new young dad place is great pool was never crowded or the hot tubs and even has a baby area so the littles can play

My 1st stay was about 5yrs ago & it was lovely & clean. There was a decent amount of customer service and I recommended to friends & family. However this past 4th of July weekend I came expecting the same& I was sorely disappointed. At arrivals there were no baggage carts & no one to ask for any. After several trips bringing belongings, I actually got a good look at our room & was dirty & small. I booked an ocean front room for 6. I got 1/2 a kitchenette with zero counter space & an oven with a burnt smell when turned on & no pans or knives. The pots in the bottom were dirty & disorganized. No dish detergent for the dishwasher a beat up dining table with 3 damaged chairs. The Murphy bed mattress was stained, no mattress cover sheets or pillows. And it was basically flush with the floor. When I called for bed covering, I was told I had to come across the street to the check-in counter & ask for them. I only got a top & fitting sheet, no pillow or pillow case. The walls were scuffed, dirty & stained. The bathroom shower had mildew in the shower grout. The jets in the tub looked disgusting & not cleaned ever. The carpet was filthy and saturated with frebreze. Basically my room look like someone had been living in it on a regular basis. I never laid eyes on 1 employee doing anything in the hotel at all. All the customers were basically on their own. I only saw 3 baggage carts on the whole property and I’m convinced those were being kept n individual rooms. I will never book ag

Worst than a roach motel

The nastiest and most disgusting hotel I’ve ever experienced. This was my family first vacation in over 4 years and I didn’t want to disappoint them so I cleaned the room as much as possible but I dying in the inside from the horrible room conditions.
