The place was an older condo and it showed. It could use being refurbished / updated / painted / minor repairs.

When we first got there the floors did not look as if they had been cleaned, half empty Potatoe chip bag sitting in cabinet, half the light bulbs were not working (unit was very dark), beds were very flat and hard, and sheets were very low quality and itchy. We immediately went to the store and bought cleaning products and cleaned the entire unit. We spoke with Booe reality, and they apologized for unit not being cleaned thoroughly, but did not offer to have it cleaned again for us and did not offer any of our cleaning fees back in return. The unit was large enough for 4 adults, 1 child and 2 small dogs, but overall, the building needed maintenance, and front door would not open with key easily. The pool was so small it was at max capacity with 6-10 people. It was decent but not worth the price we paid to stay.

Blood stain on the box spring. Hole in the powder room that looks to be that of a rat hole. Very outdated with appliances and furniture. Not worth the money to stay there. Everything needs to be updated. They have plastic chairs and table out on the little patio.
