Wonderful surprise!

What a great find! This hotel has been redone and is super clean! Breakfast was simple but a great selection of bagels and coffee. Good location to Mystic or a great place to stop for the night. We were pleasantly surprised for the price!

Loud neighbors

Employees were pleasant and rooms were clean. It’s just not a quiet hotel. Our room was an adjoining room with a door to the next room. The people in the next room were talking until 2 in the morning and it literally sounds like there sitting at the end of your bed. So do yourself a favor and see if they have a room that is not adjoining. Because you never know what type of inconsiderate people you’re gonna get on the other side of that door. We had a two night stay but actually left after the first because we got zero sleep.

Nice staff

Staff amazing! Bedding too thin, kind of pilled and ratty. Bathroom floor tiles cracked. Table really wobbly. Tissue box only had one tissue in it. Refrigerator buzzed loudly all night. Bed was comfortable. Ample lighting. Ample outlets and charging ports.

Great stay

Stayed 2 nights. Check in was smooth. Room was clean and comfortable. On the smaller side but we were only sleeping there. Bathroom was small but sink was outside which I actually prefer. Water pressure in shower was great. The location was right off highway (easy on and off). Plenty of nearby eateries. Breakfast at hotel was continental. Bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, coffee but that’s all we needed. Area was clean, tidy and well stocked. Would stay there again. Only reason it didn’t get a 5 for everything is that there wasn’t an EV charger.

The property is updated, clean, new rugs, new paint, new bathroom sink. 20 minute drive to Foxwoods. The only bad thing was you can hear doors slamming all morning long. For the amount we paid I would definitely stay there again. It's clean there's free Breakfast Bagel Bar in the morning, pretty good coffee. Just that loud doors closing you can hear from your room.
