I had a wonderful seven nights at Crown. The staff were friendly and kind. As a solo traveller it was a perfect place to stay, lie by the pool and read a book.

The property is gorgeous and the staff are amazing. Everybody’s professional, helpful, and friendly. The beach on the property is murky so not an ideal place to swim, but the property has several pools to take a dip in. The restaurants are also beautifully decorated, and some dishes are delicious while others are just okay. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Can’t wait to come back!

Our first time coming to Fiji and we’re already planning our return. The service by everyone from checkin staff, to the restaurant team to the bar staff was exceptional and our baby daughter absolutely loved the attention that she got. There are new parts of the hotel being built currently but these areas are mostly well disguised. The general condition of the property is very good m!

Breakfast was PHENOMENAL!

There was a deluxe breakfast. Hotel has expansion construction that you didn’t know about until you tried to walk out - no sidewalk. Taxis from hotel were 2-3x more expensive than anywhere else. They were very customer service oriented. Beautiful pool. On beach but beach/ocean was not clear water like other beaches.

A beautifully renovated resort! The lobby & restaurants are just as the pictures are online. The food was also very delicious. The rooms however felt not as luxurious as other resorts and need more love to match up to the rest of the resorts aesthetics. The service was overall great however certain staff did were disappointing but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice new resort but prefer Denarau resorts

First impression great foyer and pool area. Room was comfortable however hair dryer didn’t work and wasn’t replaced in time when called to reception. Food expensive. No shops nearby. Need more walkways as muddy if raining. Prefer Denarau resorts overall.

Had a amazing time besides having friendly & very helpful staff the resortitself has all the things you need for a great vacation. The rooms are very clean the food is great with reasonable pricing. The resorts main area is complete and more ia being built beside it but none of that bothers you as they have it boarded off well..I cant wait to see it all completed when i return.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out with a courtesy room, which made a huge difference to my trip. Their attentiveness and willingness to help truly stood out.
