Amazing Rooftop pool and bar!!

Fantastic! We had an overnight stay as our last night in Fiji so we were close to the airport. We got a late checkout, free buffet breakfast and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool is amazing with 360 degree views of Nadi and a lovely large pool. The rooftop bar was open late into the night with music and cocktails by the pool. The Chinese restaurant next door was really nice too! Highly recommend.

Staff at front desk needs to learn about customer service. Not a good place to stay. If you forget your personal belongings than consider it a goodbye. Noisy at night regardless of which level you stay in.

I stayed at this property on 2 different days. Upon checkout, i forgot my silver bracelet in the room. I checked with them the next day and was informed that nothing was left in the room. This shows Nalagi Hotel has dishonest staffs woking in this company. I would not suggest anyone to stay here. Pay a little extra somewhere else, where you know your possessions are safe.

I'll start by saying Nadi is one of the roughest places I have been on earth ramshackle is being flattering This hotel is slap bang in the middle and claims itself as 4 stars its not 4 stars it's a very average 2 anywhere else in the world The property has been built too a very very cheap standard which given its Chinese owners doesn't really surprise me , I mean the balcony rail on my 5th floor room was made out of aluminium and felt like it could snap at any second I didn't fancy my chances in the rooftop pool Breakfast was more like zoo feeding time and the quality of food was horrific Look I gave it 3 stars because given how overpriced all the other places are in Nadi this is actually reasonable but its defenitley a needs must place Staff were freindly and as helpful as they could be Wifi atrocious

This is not a resort hotel. This is a good 4 star hotel that is popular with locals not just tourists. I enjoyed my stay because of the local ambience. It has a roof top pool with a bar that serves food. Absolutely delightful.

I had many issues in my room, my toilet seat was broken and tv did not work, paid for 5 people and only had one towel in each room. Was told numerous times not to take towels to pool but then we got up there and then got told they had run out and to bring up my towels from the room. Buffet breakfast was a let down. The porter on our arrival was very good and made us feel very welcome! Be prepared to wait a long time for lifts also.

When we first arrived the porter was really rude. He was just telling us off that we stopped at the entrance site - we needed to take out our baggage and instead of helping he was rude and shouting at us. I had a 5 month old baby in hand as well. Then later on our day of departure the tap had brown dirty running water. When I brought it to their attention they were taking things casually. I told them I have a 5 month old and I need clean bottled water until they can sort out the main water source to which I was told that house keeping only gives two small bottles of water. I only asked for extra water as I had a small baby and it was not my fault that their tap had dirty running water coming!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nalagi Hotel and would gladly return in the future. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, efficient, and genuine. We stayed in Room 411 from the 7th to the 16th of July, 2025, and found the room spacious and very comfortable for the three of us. The staff promptly set up the sofa bed for our child, which made settling in easy and stress-free. A special mention must go to the hardworking and friendly housekeeping team, whose attention to detail was impressive. The room was consistently spotless, and fresh towels, bottled water, and other essentials were always replenished with care and precision. The complimentary breakfast each morning was absolutely amazing! There was a wide variety of delicious food to choose from—hot and cold options, fresh fruits, pastries, local dishes, and more. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. It was the perfect way to start our day. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with easy access to key areas in Nadi. We were grateful to Epic for organising our airport shuttle transfers, which were smooth and punctual both on arrival and departure. What stood out most was the friendliness and professionalism of every staff member we encountered—from the front desk team, the luggage handler to the breakfast staff and beyond. Their warm, welcoming attitude made our stay feel genuinely personal and comfortable.
