Only stayed for a 20hr layover. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Didn’t get to see much around due to the length of my stay but it was just perfect in my situation because of how close the property is to the hotel and it has airport shuttle service

Great location near the airport. Our flight landed at 5.25 am, and after travelling for 33 hours from the UK we were exhausted. Without question, as soon as we arrived we were able to check into our rooms and relax. Lovely pool, clean rooms, friendly staff. We have used this hotel many times as a family and I would definitely recommend it as a perfect location after or before your flight.

Room was small and ceiling fan was noisy even in low No milk in fridge creamer sachet only No face cloths or hand towel Light switches needed cleaning Floor tile was Nice and newish and bathroom had been renovated but shower curtain is outdated look Room was at back of property against a noisy water tank system and renovations were being done on an adjoining property which started early and woke us Pool slide area was old and the roof above pool looked like a high school undercover area Restaurant was spacious and well attended with many staff both at dinner and breakfast

Restaurant staff was helpfull.apart from that it was a terrible experience. Made me and family wait at the airport for 90 min to pickup. Lot of hidden charge including wifi. Expensive food. And no option to order food until 11pm until then buffet option only which is very expensive

Lack of information on the facilities provided i.e. map and contact details in the room. It is just a transit stay so not much activities as you expect from a resort. Otherwise great pool which are kid friendly and meals.

I had a12 hour layover so it was perfect. The shuttle to & from the airport was great! I caught an earlier flight, called and they came to the domestic terminal to pick me up. My toilet was running and leaking on the floor. I called the front desk and they came out right away and fixed it. It would be nice if they had a way to charge from a USB other than the TV port. Had to keep the tv on all night to charge all my devices.

What i didnt like, is breakfasts meal, hot food like eggs & bacon, bakebeans fried kasava, is always cold. Other than that, the place is perfect for family, housekeeping are great at their services so friendly and they keep our room clean. I would recommended Tokatoka resort to anyone. I give Tokatoka 10/10
