Was grubby dated tv didn’t go fridge was noisy in same room didn’t get the room we booked noise next door was very so loud only a 1 thick sheet on bed no extra blankets No controls for tv or air conditioning had to back to office to find them then didn’t go shower was gross stuff all over floor of shower tap in bathroom looked like was going to fall off food for supplied breakfast was porridge toast and steamed buns jam and butter some oldish oozing fruit tea and coffee

To start we organised to get our party of 4 from the airport to the resort they were a no show! We had to organise our own transport! I would not recommend this resort to anyone! Wotif should send someone to stay there and you would be deleting this resort from your website! No dining facilities no bar facilities! Breakfast was a choice of Baked beans- Porridge- pancakes and toast that’s it! No ice available! This resort is poorly outdated and in a state of repair and should be advertised as such! The staff were friendly and helpful considering what they have to work with! VERY DISSAPOINTED AND WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS RESORT AND WILL HAVE TO DO MORE HOMEWORK IF I BOOK WITH WOTIF AGAIN!

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had — I didn’t ev

I checked in and left within 30 minutes because the room was completely unacceptable. When I arrived, the front screen door had two large holes covered with paper towels. The back sliding door didn’t have a lock, which made me extremely concerned for my safety and the security of my belongings. The room itself was filthy. The air conditioning wouldn’t go below a certain temperature, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. Several windows were not properly sealed, adding to the discomfort. I’ve attached photos so you can see exactly what I’m describing. To make matters worse, I couldn’t get a response from hotel management despite trying to reach them. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Horrible i had to find another hotel staff horrible,dirty rooms,sheets,dust was covered on kettle ,coffee,and creamer was gone hard like its been there for over year,water pressure was super low couldn’t even have showers they didn’t refund our money we left the hotel early because we couldn’t survive there ,no taxi we waited for 1 hr to get taxi,floor was covered in dust col breakfast ,no restaurant nearby isolated place we got depressed till we were there I had to pay extra money and change my hotel

Very dated property pool and surrounds ok but rooms mould around basins pillows with countless stains- understand " fiji time" is a thing and this place was cheap bit we continually had to chase up several people to achieve results. Ikm walk to several shops and beach and ( depressingly) some nice hotels

Arrived to find didnt see online booking made nights before. Had a fan room but got moved to twin room. Air-conditioning was smelly, room smelt like cat wee (im allergic so knew what the smell was) Tv did not work, no pressure in shower to even wash hair out . One stained sheet on bottom of bed and one on top. Terrible pillows. Ate in, dinner took 1.5hrs for first meal to come out. There was only 3 meals to make, no other guests. Was very disappointing.

To start off this resort is mentioned as Beach Resort and Hotel, this resort is not at a beach but 5-8 minutes drive to nearby beach. Front day agent didnt acknowledge me upon checking in but was on the phone during checking in and out, I had to tell her t that i was running late and she needed to check me out. The room condition itself was absolutely nasty, outdated and dirty from bedding to shower to kitchen and more. This resort is just there to make money without the consequences consider for customers or health for paying customers. I also show a report on the front desk that a local vendor came out to spray for bed bugs “what” you kidding me so now I may have been in contact with bedbugs and carrying it around with me. This is unacceptable. Consider bedbugs I’ll never go to this resort but rather pay more money and go elsewhere. Note to owner of this resort, consider remodeling your resort and updating rooms and train your team in service, I don’t blame how the service was conducted but this is how they were train which is lack of training and acknowledged customers. In conclusion, you won’t need my name as I won’t be coming back here, however consider the statement above.

No Transparency - Incorrect information on room ad

First there Family villa advertisements says it was gonna provide 2 double beds plus 6 twin beds to cater for 10 people. However upon check in, we were told it was 2 double beds with only 4 twin beds, other 2 was just couch beds. No microwave was provided. Frying pan was given instead but a day after. Service was slow. Upon giving them laundry, they said $15 per load. Once load was given to them, they said it was too much clothes they will charge another $30.
