Dishonest hotel in Madarao

First off the reception has a strong stench of cigarette smoke. On check out the hotel demanded extra money than what was listed on the book page. They listed ¥150 per person per night which was fine however they wanted another ¥350 per person for heating cost!?!? Which was never listed during booking. The purpose of having hotel booking platforms are to list everything down so there are no surprises!

おいしいごはん

2泊泊まりました。 ごはんが連泊してもメニューが異なり、おいしい夕ご飯をいただきました。ありがとうございました。 コロナ対策は、徹底しているとは、思いますが、ご飯の時は、なるべく会話は、控えるようにしたほうがよいかと思います。 マスク外した時が1番感染リスクが高くなると思います。 それか皆 同じ向きで食べたり、間隔をあけるなどして 会話をするならマスクをしたほうがよいかとは思います。

親子3人で和洋室にしたので、広さは充分でした。朝食バイキングが8:00～でしたので、朝早い人には不向きです。シーズンによって変わるのかな？カーペットのシミが気になりました。個人的には機会があればまた利用しようと思います。

交通の便が悪い

ホテルについては，特に悪い印象はなく，値段の割には好印象だった。 ただしホテルに行くまでの手段が乏しく，ホテル代よりも高くかかってしまった。 特にホテル設備が充実しているわけでもないので，夜はただ寝るだけになってしまう。 自分はスキーはやらないのでどこかの観光地に行くついでで，時間に余裕があれば利用したいと思います。
